RETURN POLICY FOR 3D MODELS
No returns or refunds : Given the downloadable digital nature of our 3D models, we do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase has been made and the file delivered, unless the product is defective.
Returns for defective files: Should the 3D model file purchased be defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at studio@l4m.io. Please include a detailed description of the problem and screenshots or other evidence of the defect. After verification by our technical team, if the problem is confirmed and cannot be resolved, a replacement will be offered as soon as possible.
Changes to return policy : L4M Studio reserves the right to change this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review our policy regularly to stay informed of our procedures.
